#spotthepig Photo Competition

This year, we are celebrating our tenth anniversary, and to help us get the festivities started, we're inviting bloggers and tweeters to celebrate with us with the #spotthepig photo competition.

We're taking part in BritMums Live! on June 22 and 23, where our president Sarah Brown is delivering the keynote speech, and the charity will be holding a decorate-a-piggy stand in the exhibition area. We'll be asking bloggers to take a snap of their decorated piggybanks and post it on Twitter for a chance to win some great prizes. But fear not, whether you'll be at BritMums Live! or not, you can still enter in the build-up to the event.

All you have to do is to take some snaps that feature pigs - be they real ones, ones drawn by your or the kids, or of course ones bought from our This Little Piggy Shop

Pick the best ones and post them up on Twitter (max five entries per Twitter account) - just remember to tag us (we're on Twitter here) and use the hashtag #spotthepig. Make sure you also post it up on your blog, too, if you have one.

Entries will be judged on their creativity by Sarah Brown and Nicky Cox, the editor of the children's newspaper First News. Go mad - the only theme is piggies, so interpret it how you will!

There are some fab prizes on offer. The overall winner will receive a signed set of Sarah Brown's books, including her account of her time in No 10, Behind the Black Door, her celebration of motherhood, Mums, and her celebration of grandparenthood, Grandparents. The winner will also receive a signed PiggyBankKids piggybank PLUS a box of Molton Brown goodies to help you relax after all the hard work. Two runners up will also receive a signed piggybank from Sarah.

To give you a bit of inspiration, Sarah recently tweeted her own #spotthepig photo - although she promises not to win! (shown above and on Instagram here)

The winners will be announced after BritMums Live! on Friday June 29. Those not attending the event are of course still very welcome to enter - winners will be announced on Twitter so it doesn't matter where in the country (or the world!) you are!

Entries must be received by Sunday June 24. For full Terms and Conditions, see here.

Have fun and get creative!
